RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support customers with service and parts orders, troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Work with customers to clarify exact requirements of all parts and service orders.
- Provide ideas to support and improve the customer call center efforts.
- Accountable for resolving any issues, equipment or otherwise.
- Be the authority on features, benefits, and performance characteristics of all products.
- Assist with the creation and building of Rotochopper parts and service training and manuals.
