The Rotolo Agency - Tampa assists individuals with virtual enrollment in benefits programs, such as Life Insurance and Supplemental Benefits. An exclusive company that usually works with union members & licensed professionals for over 70 years. Competitive sales arena with room for unlimited growth & advancement within the company. We are currently expanding and competitively hiring sales representatives and managers for our Tampa office.
The Ideal Candidate can:
- Identify and respond to client needs.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
- Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Establish relationships with new customers.
- Excellent accountability.
Qualifications for this position:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confident and charismatic approach to people.
- Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
COMPENSATION:
