What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering position at Rotolos Beach Pizza Management?
Summary of Position:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional lunch experience for all students. Cater's primary objective is to ensure all students are feed in a timely manner. This job includes prepping food at our location, driving and serving students at Brighton School in Baton Rouge.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepping food
- Arriving on time for lunch service
- Serving all students and ensuring each student gets the appropriate portion of each entree.
- Clean up
Qualifications:
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
