Job description
The Customer Service Support Representative position at Rotor Clip supports the Customer Service Team with various administrative duties. The primary focus of this role is to supplement order management, vendor claims, customer credits, and reporting, aimed at improving productivity and response time for customer inquiries. The representative will be responsible for running reports that assist in meeting customer expectations, including running open order and planned past due among other administrative duties.
High level communication as well as being able to handle multiple tasks is important for this role, as the Customer Service Support Representative will be interacting with both internal and external customers regarding orders, issues and opportunities and may also include special projects.
Responsibilities:
Run and manage multiple reports to assist in customer needs.
Communicate with internal and external customers regarding order, issues and opportunities.
Handle specific projects and attend Customer Service events as needed.
Back up for front desk responsibilities (Including phones, mail, greeting and logging in visitors)
