The Position:
Taking ownership of trouble ticket issues from users, performing maintenance and upgrades on all hardware and software. Working with the IT team to resolve root cause and other deep technical issues.This role will also provide continual improvement of processes and standards to provide a consistent user experience. Ability to scope server and workstation infrastructure solutions. Qualified candidates MUST have the ability to communicate to co-workers at both technical and non-technical levels.
Need to Have:
- Experience – 6 months - 2 years in an IT business setting
- Support for Microsoft related technologies
- Windows Server
- Windows 7/10
- Experience with backup software and hardware configurations
- Configuring and troubleshooting of printers

- Virtualization support
- VMware
- Support of remote access solutions
- VPN
- Remote Desktop
- RemoteApp
- Office 365
- knowledge and experience with networking concepts
- Experience working in high paced Manufacturing
