Job Title: Receptionist
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Order office supplies.
- Inventory management
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to all callers and visitors.
- Maintain a clean and presentable office.
- Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
- Update office policies
- Assist in onboarding new hires
- Manage Filing Systems
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
