THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
We're seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead our technology strategy. You'll ensure our technology aligns with business goals, enhances productivity, and sharpens our competitive edge.
What You'll Do :
Manage the network and hardware infrastructure of our 38 retail locations and corporate headquarters.
Oversee SaaS tools, cloud infrastructure, and network security.
Cultivate vendor relationships to secure reliable, cost-effective services.
Develop and enforce cybersecurity and PCI compliance policies.
Shape and execute our long-term technology roadmap.
Requirements
BS / MS in Computer Science or similar, with 3 years in IT management (retail or petroleum / convenience industry experience a plus).
Proven leader with technical expertise, project management skills and the willingness to be a hands-on problem solver.
Strong in cloud networking, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), network security, and SaaS management.
Excellent communicator across all organizational levels.
