We believe in continuous improvement and innovation, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Review our customer’s internal training programs, sanitation and production protocols to identify weak links that could cause them problems.
- Identify areas of improvement in field training and service.
- Being part of high-level training as needed.
- Work with Commercial Sales Manager to support large commercial new starts as needed.
- Positively impact overall customer retention.
- Provide documentation of quality scoring and training progress based on performance monitoring and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement.
- Conduct pre-audits for customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10 years) in the pest control industry.
- Experience with commercial accounts/audits is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Clypboard, tools, technology and processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, highly organized and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
- Strong customer service proficiency, teaching abilities and mentoring skills.
- Must be open to weekly travel to different regions/accounts as needed (about 2-3X weekly).
