General Summary:
Works with the Management team to understand staffing needs and make hiring decisions. Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for open positions, both internally and externally. Manages all recruiting vendor accounts and makes budgeting decisions. Is responsible for job posts, job descriptions, and the candidate experience. Conducts new hire orientations. Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- U.S citizen or resident authorized to work in the United States.
- Hybrid role with ability to work 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, and/or on weekends as needed.
- Read, speak, and comprehend English.
- 1-3 year’s experience in recruitment preferred
- Sales minded mindset
- Strong communication follow up via phone call and text message.
Required Skills
- Use effective and accurate oral and written communication.
- Utilize the internet for market research.
- Manage time and prioritize work under changing circumstances and minimal supervision.
- Promote cooperation, build teamwork, and resolve conflict effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office programs, and new software as needed.
- Answers candidate questions and represents the company in a positive manner.
- Schedules interviews, ride alongs and new hire orientations.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of hiring activity; generates required reports.
- Receives incoming communication; forwards information on candidates to appropriate Manager(s) in a timely manner.
- Takes quick and appropriate action to fill staffing needs.
- Responsible for the hiring process while adhering to the law, company policy, and QualityPro guidelines.
