HOA Field Technician

Position Title: HOA Field Technician

Reports To: Taylor Carmody, HOA Manager

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Position Purpose:

The HOA Field Technician supports the overall curb appeal and functionality of the Rough Creek HOA communities. This role focuses on high-quality grounds keeping and maintenance, ensuring that all common areas, landscaping, and HOA facilities are safe, clean, and aligned with Rough Creek’s luxury standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and tree/shrub pruning
• Maintain irrigation systems and related infrastructure
• Complete general repairs to common areas and community facilities
• Clean and maintain amenity spaces and shared areas
• Respond to homeowner maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Operate and maintain grounds keeping tools and equipment safely
• Adhere to HOA standards, safety policies, and property regulations
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the HOA Manager
• Work is performed outdoors nearly 100% of the time

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $18.50/hour (pay based on experience)
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs
• Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining luxury-level standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
