We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Baker Assistant/FOH Shift Lead to join our team at Round Bagels & Donuts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining our high standards of product quality, and supporting our bakery and front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist baker with donuts on weekends and learn the baking position to provide backup support
- Support FOH areas, including grill, sandwich station, and POS
- Assist with food prep and maintain clean prep area
- Assist with catering orders

- Weekend availability required
- Previous leadership experience required
