What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook/Sandwich Artist position at ROUND BAGELS & DONUTS?
Round Bagels & Donuts in Wilmington, NC is looking for a grill cook/sandwich artist to add to our amazing team. Our ideal candidate is professional, self-driven, punctual, reliable, hard-working and someone who would describe themselves as positive, friendly and a team player. Must have summer and weekend availability. $16-$18 hr. Inc tips. Grill Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate who wants to learn. *Duties*
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch sandwiches, omelets, etc
- Ensure the grill station is set up and stocked with all needed ingredients and utensils
- Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area
- Follow proper food safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
*Skills*
- Experience in meal preparation
- Proficient in food handling and food safety practices
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37 per week
