- Proven experience as a Food Service Manager: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a food service team, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.

- Is passionate about mentoring and developing team members
- Excels at managing day-to-day operations, including inventory, labor costs, and cash handling
