Are you a water-loving, high-energy instructor who can turn swim lessons into the best part of someone's day? Round Hill is looking for an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team and help our members—from tiny tadpoles to seasoned swimmers—build confidence, skills, and a lifelong love for the water!

Qualifications
Swim instructor for 2 years with a swim school or neighborhood pool
Must have experience at teaching lessons for ages 2-8 and experience with learn to swim levels.
• Reports all complaints, emergencies, hazards or faulty equipment to the Aquatics Director
• Maintains all necessary class records as determined by the Aquatics Director
• Employs only those methods and teaching techniques outlined/approved by the Red Cross
• Serves as a lifeguard when instructed by the Aquatics Director
• Keeps attendance records of members and children attending lessons
• Maintains a courteous, polite and helpful relationship with all members and guests
• Provide written evidence of current CPR, First Aid and/or Lifeguard certification or Coaches certification.
Salary : $24 - $25
