The Round Lake Area Park District is hiring support staff for our Guest Services Department.
Guest Services support staff is responsible for greeting guests at our facilities and assisting guests with online and in-person registration. We are hiring for our summer pool season. The swimming pool opens in late May through August. Our Guest Services team will greet the pool guests, sell season pool passes and collect daily admission fees.
This position has morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts available. You can average up to 25 hours per week based on your availability . Must be at least 18 years old and complete a background check. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Excellent customer service skills required.
The ideal candidate must be able to work with computers and customer account software. You must have excellent communication.
Knowledge of Active Net is beneficial but not required.
