- Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with transition-aged students with disabilities in an educational or vocational setting.
- Illinois Professional Educator License with required endorsements per the Illinois School Code.
- Strong understanding of transition planning, vocational education, adult services, and community-based instruction.
