Food and Beverage Support Manager

Round One is a family entertainment company that was established in Japan in 1980 and came to North America in 2010.We are expanding across the USA with plans to open 100 stores by the year 2030! In addition to our core business of multi-entertainment facilities, we are planning to open Japanese Food Halls within future stores.

This position requires the trainee to participate in a training in Japan for a period of 4-6 months.

Job Description:

Learn the recipe and recreate the menu:

• Learn the recipes of our franchise partners and train until you are able to recreate the recipe in the U.S. (Max 6 month).
• Prep-cook in the Central Kitchen and design the final cooking methods at the Food Hall while maintaining the consistent reproduction of the flavor of each menu item.
• Create the manual on how to cook and serve the recipes and conduct training for the store employees.
  
  

Support The Central Kitchen And Food Hall:

• Support setting up, preparing cooking appliances, and cleaning the Central Kitchen and Food Hall.
  
  

Team Management:

• Cook following the authorized process, submit reports, and, if there are any issues, follow up with staff members and provide additional training to fix the issues.
• Attend business trips and adjust your work schedule for the Central Kitchen and Food Hall business.
  
  

Finance And Budget Management:

• Plan the budget and submit the expenses for business trips and training.
• Maintain cooking facilities and financial management at the Central Kitchens and each Food Hall store, and report information to management.
  
  

Business Trips And Communicating With Japan Branch:

• Travel to support new Food Hall location grand openings by travelling to establish operations in accordance with company standards for a month at a time.
• Share stores’ operation status, future tasks and improvement points to the Japan branch (which is in charge of managing franchises).
  
  

Following Laws And Regulations:

• Follow the laws and regulations regarding food safety and business in the U.S.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of food and beverage industry management experience preferred.
• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience.
• Leadership, communication skill, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and experience in launching new projects preferred.

レシピの習得と味の再現:

• 加盟店のレシピを習得し、アメリカで味の再現が出来るレベルまで修行す.
• Central kitchenでの調理、Food Hallでの最終調理の工程を考案し、味の再現性を高める。
• 複数店舗のレシピを習得し、Store employeeへ調理工程の指導を行う。
  
  

セントラルキッチン・Food Hallの準備と運営フォロー:

• セントラルキッチン及びFood Hall従業員への調理Trainingの実施と日々の業務のサポートを実施。
  
  

チームマネジメント:

• 適切なスタッフの教育・配置による業務の効率化。調理者の育成と教育制度の整備設計、研修プログラムの導入、実施。
  
  

財務管理および予算管理:

• 出張費や研修に掛かる費用の予算計画と提出。
• Central kitchenや各店舗の調理機材の保守管理及び財務管理のフォローアップ。
  
  

日本支店への出張と連携:

• 日本の加盟店で最大６か月研修を行い、レシピや調理手順を習得し品質再現性を向上。
• 日本支店との定期的なコミュニケーションを行い、現地店舗の状況や進捗の共有。
  
  

法令・規制の遵守

条件：

• 飲食業界での経験 有り歓迎.
• マネジメント経験5-10年 (事業管理経験).
• リーダーシップ、コミュニケーションスキル、課題解決力、柔軟性.
• 新規事業立ち上げ経験 (プラス).
