The Head of Engineering will have the following responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company’s engineering vision, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Lead multiple engineering teams, mentoring senior engineers and technical leads to drive a high-performance culture.
- Ensure MVP-focused product development, balancing innovation with commercial realities.
- Act as the key technical voice in business growth, engaging with customers and partners to support commercial success.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration, integrating engineering with operations, finance, and commercial teams.
- Ensuring on-time delivery of key projects.
The successful Head of Engineering will have the following skills and experience:
- A proven track record of leading engineering teams within Aerospace and delivering commercially viable products.
- Strong background in the Aerospace industry via mechanical engineering, aerostructures, or systems engineering or similar
- Understanding of certification processes and regulatory compliance
- The ability to balance technical leadership with business acumen, ensuring engineering efforts align with company growth objectives.
