We've been retained to hire a Program Manager with a background in electronic manufacturing, able to work on the whole program lifecycle. You will report directly to the CEO as the sole Program Manager focused on FAR / DFAR defense programs, giving you the unique opportunity to shape the company’s defense strategy from the ground up.
Out client is a well-capitalized electronics manufacturing services company that combines cutting-edge technology with a commitment to excellence. They are newly venturing into the defense market, but also serve the aerospace and medical devices industries.
Key Responsibilities of the Program Manager :
- Manage a portfolio of Defense programs, serving as the primary customer contact, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Drive organic growth through follow-on orders, change orders, and new proposals in collaboration with business development teams.
- Work closely with procurement, engineering, quality, and operations to align resources and meet program deliverables.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities, ensuring programs stay on track and deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
