About the Role:
As a Principal in Round Rock ISD, you will lead with a commitment to equity and inspire action to achieve campus success. Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff while fostering leadership and professional growth.
- Instructional Leadership: Drive curriculum excellence, set measurable goals, and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute data-informed improvement plans aligned with campus and district goals.
- Operations Management: Ensure campus safety, maintain facilities, and manage budgets efficiently.
- Culture Building: Promote high expectations, equitable discipline practices, and strong community engagement while celebrating staff and student achievements.

Entry Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in educational administration or a related field.
- Texas Principal Certification, One-Year Texas Principal Certification, or Texas Mid-Management Certification.
- Experience as an assistant principal, associate principal, principal, or equivalent leadership experience.
