Round Table Pizza in Silverdale is looking for an Assistant Managers.
The Assistant Manager position carries with it responsibility for the overall health and well being of the business when the General Manager is not there. We aspire to be the best operation of our type in the Pacific Northwest. As a franchisee, we have a structured business operation that must be executed with precision. This position is responsible for ensuring every team member is capable of achieving that common goal through relentless training, motivation, and accountability. Our family friendly environment, and best in class product provide the foundation for success. We seek an individual with prior experience that knows how to get the best out of their team. In turn, the team will make sure every guest has a great experience. You will assist the manager in managing a team of 15 full and part time employees. Our business has three essential components; dine-in, delivery, and take-out . You will become proficient in each of these areas. We're very open to improving any aspect of the business.
The Assistant GM is in charge of running the business in the absence of the GM. This is an opportunity to showcase your leadership talents. Our business is not complicated. If you have a talent for developing and leading, we have a business that will maximize your skills.
The ideal candidate must be over 18 with at least 1 years of prior restaurant management experience, with a track record of making a difference. Prior pizza management experience is helpful but not required. Leadership, team building, and customer focused excellence are the right ingredients. We're looking for someone that can perfect the recipe.
Starting pay is $17-18 per hour plus tips. This store has been averaging around $4.75per hour in tips. With tips included you will be making at least $21.50per hour to $23per hour. 30-35 hours or more will be needed, that includes nights and weekend availability.'
