Dough Rollers

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dough Roller to join our team. As a Dough Roller, you will be responsible for preparing and rolling dough for various baked goods. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the food industry.

Duties:
- Prepare dough according to established recipes and procedures
- Roll out dough using rolling pins or dough sheeters
- Shape and form dough into desired shapes and sizes
- Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure proper proofing and rising of dough
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate baking schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with packaging finished products

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or food preparation setting is preferred
- Knowledge of pastry techniques and cake decorating is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
