Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that provides top-tier guest service.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Maintain a strong presence in the restaurant, engaging with guests and staff to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Manage financial aspects, including sales forecasting, labor costs, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Drive local store marketing efforts to build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (fast-casual or pizza experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.

- Proven ability to manage financials, including budgeting, labor control, and inventory management.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
