Round Table Pizza is a growing leader in addiction treatment services. We provide care across the nation touching the lives of more than 30,000 patients daily.
As a Crew Member, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to make direct patient-based decisions in a professional manner (medical, food, security, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or by their name and explain how to get in contact with them.
- Prepare and follow an accurate intake process that includes all elements necessary to provide an accurate intake report including demographics, background, links to referrals, and documentation of referral sources.
- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and charts (medical and otherwise) by logging information, filling in inaccuracies, tracking patient status and disposition, and communicating with dispensaries, nurses, staff, and supervisors.
- Manage daily workflow by following policies and procedures for ordering, stocking and dispatching of equipment. including maintaining documentation of orders / shortages and food / medication orders / shortages.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures regarding employee rights (including but not limited to wages and benefits) as well as society’s rules and regulations.
Provides direct patient care by answering questions and providing assistance to patients in need to complete tasks as well as assist patients with medication administration.
