Server and Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring that our bar area is well-maintained and inviting. As a server, you will be responsible for taking orders, engaging with guests, running food, and ensuring that your section is well maintain and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and menu offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems such as Aloha POS.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
