What are the responsibilities and job description for the Amusement Team Associate position at Round1?

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Arcade Department.
Please note you must be at least 18 years of age, and have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.
Essential Duties :
- During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
- Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
- Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
- Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
- Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
