We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager of Bars and Food Concession's lead our bar and Concessions staff and ensure smooth operations, exceptional service, and efficient management of resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Oversee budgeting processes to maintain profitability while delivering quality service.
- Implement shift management practices to optimize staff schedules and workflow.
- Assist in training new employees on bar operations, including cash handling and customer service protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless service between the bar and kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide assistance, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage mixing techniques.
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management within a bar or restaurant setting.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in inventory control practices to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Experience in quick service fast food restaurant environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Background in kitchen management is advantageous for coordinating with culinary staff.
