The pay range per hour is $28.00 - $47.60. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE
Experts of operations, process, and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.
As a General Merchandise Team Leader, your responsibilities will include :
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
- Execute daily / weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals.
- Help lead the understanding of operational procedures and their impact on profitability and inventory accuracy.
- Empower the team to create a consistent experience for our guests.
- Assist with execution of processes in inbound, outbound, replenishment, and pricing.
- Create a scheduling plan based on business workload and guest traffic.
- Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.
- Establish clear goals and expectations for team members.
- Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead and hold the team accountable to safety and compliance standards.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.
- All other duties based on business needs.
