RoundTable Wellness is a multidisciplinary outpatient treatment center in Lafayette, Indiana with a focus on eating disorders and the intersections between mental health and nutrition issues. We are looking for an independent licensed mental health clinician (LCSW or LMHC) to round out our team. You don't have to have experience with eating disorders; although, we'd love to train you! Instead we'd like to fill in some gaps where we see a need in the community. If you have a specialized niche, we want to hear from you. We are open to finding providers with a passion! Are you passionate about working with kids 8 , are you specialized in art therapy, or do you enjoy treating families? Is there a certain treatment modality you are drawn to like ACT, IFS, or EMDR? We want to hear about your passions and help you grow!

Compensation

Our pay model is pay per billable hour ($50 per billable hour) and is a W-2 position with PTO benefits for full- and part-time providers and health insurance benefits for full-time providers. This model offers a flexible schedule and allows you to decide how much you want to work. There are also bonus pay opportunities with positive company bottom line profits.

Summary

The Licensed Therapist is responsible for providing mental health treatment to clients in the outpatient setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the therapist will perform direct services, including Biopsychosocial assessments, individual therapy services, and crisis interventions as needed within the scope of the respective individual’s license.
