Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rigger to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials on construction sites. Responsibilities
- Set up and inspect rigging equipment, including slings, chains, and hooks, to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Operate various types of Equipment
- Collaborate with crane operators to execute lifts safely and efficiently.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with rigging equipment or machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to minimize risks during lifting operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Rigger or in a similar role within construction or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to rigging equipment and heavy machinery operation.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork on site.
- Certification in rigging or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
