Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Attention to detail strong work ethic, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending stooping and driving, including driving in tight spaces. Will be working in all types of weather.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude, team player and excellent communication skills.
Punctual and reliable.
Responsibilities
Ability to work Monday - Wednesday 1p-9p, and Friday and Saturday 10a-6p, Thursdays off.
Perform comprehensive cleaning, polishing and waxing of vehicle exteriors. Clean and sanitize interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, cleaning windows and treating leather and vinyl surfaces.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure each vehicle meets our high-quality standards after it is presented to the customer or returned to the sales lot.
Apply paint protection, fabric protection and other specialized treatments as required.
Maintain an organized and stocked inventory of cleaning supplies and detailing tools. Notify the Detail Manager of any inventory needs or equipment issues.
Work closely with the service, sales and management teams to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, including proper disposal of chemicals and materials used in the detailing process.
