You will be required to follow company established safety procedures. This individual must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Make a difference as a Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you will serve as the single point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication regarding schedules, RFQs, NPI launches, and additional requirements to foster strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manages at least one engineer dedicated to the customers and programs of the Program Manager
- Interface with Production, Quality, Planning, and Shipping regarding work order status to ensure products are progressing on schedule
- Maintain accurate reports to the customer and to senior management.
- Responsible for properly costing the product to ensure sufficient margins and profitability
- Successfully manage the launch of new projects/parts by tracking stages of launch and interfacing with key members of Engineering and Manufacturing
- Data entry into multiple ERP systems (ProShop and Sage X3).
- Responsible for entry of customer purchase orders and any requirements flowed down from the customer related to the proper manufacturing and conformance of the product
- Maintain the structure and integrity of the manufacturing engineer's folders including model and print management.
- Aids in the Submittal of Customer approval documentation per Customer PO requirements and follows up for closure to ensure product can ship in a timely manner.
- Manages non-conformances of product with key stakeholders in the manufacturing process
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Engineering Degree or other related BA/BS Degree preferred
- Familiarization with blueprints and tolerancing preferred.
- Extensive manufacturing knowledge ranging from machining, coatings (CHEM-FILM, Paint, Anodize, etc.), assembly, and various other special processes.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a keen sense of attention to detail.
- Must possess a sense of urgency
- Microsoft office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) and overall mid to advanced level computer experience.
