The Social Media & Content Creator will create and execute the social media strategies for Roush Yates Engines and Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions to ensure each online presence is engaging, cohesive, and aligned with their brand goals. In this fast-paced sports and manufacturing environment, the Social Media & Content Creator will manage strategy development, campaign management, content creation, and execution of content, while continuously optimizing for better performance. This position will also create and execute social media content to support Roush Yates Engines' technical race partners.

Qualifications :
3 years of experience as a Social Media & Content Creator, preferably in a sports environment or working with multiple accounts.
Experienced in Graphic Design, Illustration, Video, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
Social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Highly proactive and self-motivated. Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and digital marketing.

This individual must be able to lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. You will be required to follow company established safety procedures. For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
