Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of potential prospects, and developing networks that leverage into new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively target new business opportunities through various channels
- Maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
- Identify client insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and loss exposures
- Explain policy features, advantages, and disadvantages to clients
- Obtain accurate information from prospects to provide comprehensive submissions
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with your book of business
- Work with Account Manager to service and renew clients annually
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Licensed Insurance Producer License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
