Route 128 Honda is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource & Payroll Manager to join our team in Reading, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR and payroll functions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company's HR policies and procedures
- Handle all aspects of payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with any HR-related inquiries
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise
- Work alongside accounting office to support dealership operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR and payroll management
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Previous Automotive experience preferred
