Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the used car department, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract customers and increase market share.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Foster relationships with customers through effective public speaking and outreach efforts.
- Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up on leads and opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry or related field.
