AUTOMOTIVE DISPATCHER/SHOP FOREMAN
Rated #1 Dealer Group in Paramus, NJ is in need of an experienced Automotive Dispatcher/Shop Foreman. Any technicians looking for a job advancement this is the job for you! We are seeking a full time Automotive Shop Foreman for our busy dealership.
Requirements of the Automotive Shop Foreman:
- Applicant must have a strong mechanical background working on electrical, diagnostics, transmission, and engine work.
- 1 year of Recent CDK/Wi advisor system preferred
- a Minimum of 2 years Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is Preferred
- Ability to Train technicians how to perform a quality repair/MPI in a timely manner
- Dispatch service work to the right technician based off skill set
- Ability to Train technicians to be top performers and producers
- ASE Certification and completion of an automotive technical training program is strongly preferred
- Clean Driving Record

This Position pays up to $125,000 or more based off experience and certifications
