Service Lane Liaison

Position Summary:

At Route 60 Hyundai, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience from the moment a customer arrives. As a Service Lane Liaison, you’ll be the first point of contact for service guests, ensuring smooth vehicle intake, accurate system check-ins, and efficient flow through our service drive. Your role is key in creating a welcoming, professional, and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all service customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist customers in the service lane, answering basic questions and guiding them through the intake process
• Scan and check vehicles into the dealership’s service system accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with service advisors to ensure customers are attended to promptly
• Manage the flow of traffic in the service drive to maintain a safe and organized environment
• Help direct vehicles to appropriate lanes or parking spots for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area
• Monitor and anticipate customer needs to provide a seamless service experience
• Provide updates or support to waiting customers as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
