Position Title : Players Club Representative

Position Summary / General Description :
A Players Club Representative enrolls guests into the club, explaining all benefits, redeeming points for cash-back / promotional play and provides support for special events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Introduce and promote the Player’s Club. Explain the benefits of Player’s Club (e.g. describe cash back / reward bucks, bonus points, redemption, award “levels”), assist players with membership application, set up player’s account in OASIS, take player photos with digital camera, or scanning driver’s license to get player’s picture, print / reprint player cards and explain the use of multiple cards, and the operations of the card in the slot machines and table games.Walk the casino floor enrolling “hot players” into the club.Exercise initiative, professionalism and courtesy when handling routine problems with guests and LDC employees.Generate excitement and provide personal attention to customers.Stock cabinets of promotional items and keeping clean work areas on a daily basis.Distribute promotional items (e.g. coupons, gifts, or player cards).Inform players of promotion booth location(s), promotions soon to start, in progress, or soon to end.Pay attention to detail.Write and prepare standard reports and documents.Maintain knowledge of all table game rules and regulationsMaintain knowledge of all slot marketing activities and events on the property.Maintain knowledge of all games offered by the casino.Maintain knowledge of all advertising and casino marketing.Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information (e.g., guest / player information, financial data, casino player data, policies and marketing plans).At all times maintain a courteous, positive and professional working relationship with all LDC personnel and the general public (e.g., coworkers, clients and vendors).Build relationships and loyalty with guests both in person and on the phone through sincere and meaningful interactions (e.g., learn guests’ names and preferences; connect with them individually and professionally; smile; make eye contact and verbally greet guests).Work under pressure; maintain regular and punctual attendance including working odd or unusual hours, weekends and holidays.Be a team player (e.g., works toward team goals and fosters a collaborative and positive work environment; put the team first; assist coworkers; treat all coworkers with kindness, courtesy and respect; never engage in negativity; maintain openness to coaching, learning and improving; receptive to change and willingness to embrace challenges with team-spirit).Develop a thorough knowledge of services, amenities, surroundings (i.e. RV Park, restaurants, retail stores, etc.), providing accurate directions and information for guest inquiries about promotions and special events.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.Education & Experience :
High School Diploma or GED required.Must have two years of relevant work experience.Licensing & Certification :

Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Proficient with basic office equipment (e.g., computer, photocopying and faxing).Experience with Kronos (Timekeeper Software), and Paramount (Purchasing Software).OASIS.Essential Physical Requirements :

Obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Pueblo of Laguna’s Gaming Control Board.Must comply with LDC and the Federal Government Bank Secrecy Act by acquiring and / or maintaining a Title 31 Certification.Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
