We are hiring for Front of House seasonal positions:
- Servers
- Bartenders
- Hosts
- Food Runners
We are open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, with full-time and part-time shifts available. Our season runs from mid-April through late October.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to restaurant presentation standards.
- Assist servers and kitchen staff by delivering food quickly and correctly to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and navigate multiple floors in a busy restaurant setting.
- A team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
