Your Role as Technician Supervisor

Primary Focus: TRAINING & COACHING
*
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new and experienced technicians.
*
Conduct skills assessments and help team members grow their capabilities.
*
Leadership Duties
*
Oversee scheduling, team development, and workload balance.
*
Collaborate with hospital leadership to uphold safety, care standards, and operational excellence.
*
Actively participate in hiring and performance feedback.
*
Emergency & Critical Care Support
*
Guide your team in triaging, stabilizing, and treating critical patients.
*
Communicate with pet owners during difficult moments with empathy and professionalism.
*
Lead by example in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Who You Are
*
2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Assistant.
*
2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
*
Passionate about mentoring, developing others, and working collaboratively.
*
Emergency or critical care experience preferred, but not required.
*
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
*
Credentialed (RVT) preferred, but not required.
