What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Driver School Age Children position at Route A LLC?
Join our team at ROUTE A and help transport students to and from school safely and efficiently. We are seeking responsible drivers with excellent communication skills and a clean driving record. You will be using your own vehicle and with a flexible schedule, drivers are only required to be available for the duration of the route and any necessary training sessions. You also get to enjoy weekends, summers, and holidays off, in line with the school district's schedule.
To be considered for this position, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years old, possess a valid driver's license, have strong communication skills, pass a background check and drug test, own a 4 Door 2015 model vehicle or newer, maintain up-to-date vehicle registration in the state of the position, have personal vehicle insurance, be able to pass an online course, live in the designated area, and be legally eligible to work in the state where the position is located.
Rates per trip:
- TIER 1: Trips from 0.1 to 16 miles = $32.00
- TIER 2: 16.1 to 25 mile trips = $32.00 $1.76 per additional mile
- TIER 3: Trips of 25.1 to 50 miles = $32.00 $1.76 per additional mile over 16 to mile 25 $1.36 per additional mile over 25
Average $320.00 to $890.00 / week
