Job Description
As a Logistics Route Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely operate a vehicle and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations. This will involve:
- Safely operating a vehicle and navigating through various routes and terrains
- Loading and unloading packages from the vehicle
- Ensuring accurate tracking and scanning of packages using handheld devices
- Maintaining excellent customer service skills and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Logistics Route Driver, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving record and pass a DOT physical examination
- Be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in all types of weather conditions
