Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, managing service orders in Fullbay, checking and controlling technicians' work orders for accuracy, making calls to collect outstanding balances, and promoting additional services and equipment. You will also be required to communicate professionally with technicians on a daily basis, possess excellent customer service skills, and preferably speak English and Russian.
