Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized DUI assessor & Administrator to join our team. This is a startup business and is needing assistance in both the initial setup (Licensing, processes, etc) and also to compete assessments and classes with all clients in the program. An administrative staff will also be hired to assist in the growth, outreach and processing of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure effective workflow within the organization.
- Assist in creating processes and procedures necessary to start the business.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate care for patients, including case management and follow-up services.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance patient care and support treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to inpatient services and social work activities.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies related to patient care and administrative procedures.
- Provide support for staff training and development initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Background in pediatrics, addiction counseling, or clinical counseling is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices.
- Experience in social work or similar fields is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
