Residential Cleaning Technician

Routine Clean is hiring part time daytime residential cleaning technicians. Pay increase available for eligible employees within 60 days! Cleaning experience preferred. Customer service skills are required! Will train the right people. We provide all supplies and training.

Must be available from 8 AM- 4 PM at least 2 days a week. 5-10 hours weekly. Additional hours may be available after training period. Perfect hours for a student or a parent with school age children looking for additional income.

Must have reliable transportation to move between job sites. All job sites in in Bloomington/Normal, IL. Mileage is paid.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming- following a cleaning checklist
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and handrails
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished

Experience:

-Must be able to lift 25 pounds independently & stand for extended periods of time
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong time management skills
