Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Account Director and Digital Media Director in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our media planning and buying efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of marketing or agency experience to grow their career in the advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Director and Digital Media Director to manage and execute digital campaigns for assigned client accounts.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date invoicing for assigned client accounts.
- Build and prepare client presentations, ensuring they are polished and professional.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging baseline analytics skills to provide insights.
- Support the team in day-to-day account management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience OR 1 year of agency experience (media planning/buying experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
Lagniappe:
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
