About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and driven Bar Manager/Beverage Lead to take full ownership of our bar program. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who treats the bar like it’s their own business. From placing liquor orders to developing cocktail menus, your expertise and accountability will shape the experience our guests receive.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Ordering
- Place and pick up liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage orders (coffee, soda, juice).
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage costs.
- Stay up to date with current wine and spirit selections.
Menu Development
- Create seasonal cocktail menus and develop drinks for special events.
- Collaborate with team members on innovative beverage offerings.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all bar operations adhere to current local/state alcohol laws.
- Maintain all necessary documentation and compliance standards.
Daily Operations
- Prepare bar for service and ensure all fridges, garnishes, and supplies are stocked.
- Keep bar area clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Handle money with accuracy — including till management, comps, and voids.
- Oversee and execute closing duties, including locking up securely.
Leadership & Ownership
- Lead by example and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
- Approve comps/voids as needed and resolve guest or staff issues professionally.

In addition to providing exemplary service to our guests, you will take on a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the overall efficiency and success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating daily FOH operations, including assigning sections and duties to servers
- Placing liquor orders, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations
- Supervising the cleaning and maintenance of the dining area, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards and completing checklists
- Assisting with the development and execution of our full bar program, including crafting signature cocktails and maintaining quality standards
- Collaborating with management to develop and maintain server training programs, ensuring team members are knowledgeable about menu offerings, wine pairings, and service standards
- Assisting with scheduling and staffing decisions, helping to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs
- Providing guidance and support to FOH staff, leading by example and fostering a positive team environment
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction
