Job Summary

• Safely operate construction equipment and will be responsible for preventative maintenance and pre-shift walk around of the assigned equipment to assure safe operation.

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum of five years experience in the construction industry as an equipment operator
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Work up to 12 hour shifts, doing hard physical work in varying temperatures
• Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis
• May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis
• May reach above should height and below the waist on a frequent basis
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects on a frequent basis
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required
• Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven spaces
• Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times
• Inspect work, ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications
• Maintain positive working relationships with all members of crew

Involves the operation of heavy equipment, including:

• Excavators
• Loaders
• Dozers
• Graders
• Tractors

Pay Frequency:

• Weekly

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends when needed
• Day shift
• Overtime
• 10 hour shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
