Role Overview:
Rove Concepts is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
